Refund & Return Policy

Effective June 18, 2026

We want you and your dog to love your gear. This policy explains when and how you can return items and receive a refund from SUNCOAST PET SUPPLIES PCB LLC. It applies alongside your statutory rights, which it does not limit.

1. Return window

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

3. Damaged or defective items

If an item arrives damaged in transit, is defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will provide a free replacement or full refund, including any return shipping. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue where possible.

4. How to start a return

  1. Email support@suncoastpet.shop with your order number.
  2. We'll reply within one business day with return instructions (and a prepaid label for damaged or wrong items).
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back. Keep your tracking number.

5. Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return shipping. For damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items, we cover shipping both ways.

6. Refund timing & method

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

7. Non-returnable items

Used or worn pet items (for hygiene reasons, unless faulty) and gift cards, if offered, are non-returnable.

8. Cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel and refund it in full.
