Love it or send it back. Here's how returns work — and the few common-sense exceptions for pet gear.

Email us

Send your order number to support@suncoastpet.shop within 14 days of delivery.

Get your label

We'll reply within one business day with return instructions (and a free label for transit damage).

Ship it back

Pack the item securely. We refund to your original payment method once it arrives and passes a quick check.

✓ What we accept

  • Unopened, unused items in original packaging within 14 days.
  • Any item that arrives damaged or defective — free replacement or refund.
  • Wrong item shipped — we cover return shipping both ways.

For hygiene & safety

  • Opened items that have been worn or used by a pet can't be returned for hygiene and wear reasons — unless they're faulty.
  • This does not affect your rights for defective or misdescribed products.
  • Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
