Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email, then a second email with tracking once your order ships.
Free shipping
US orders of $70 or more (after discounts, before tax) ship free via Standard. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated within 3 business days of the ship confirmation, email us at support@suncoastpet.shop.
International orders, duties & taxes
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the order total and are collected by your local carrier or customs office.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the delivery (or expected delivery) date and we'll arrange a free replacement or refund. See our Refund & Return Policy for details.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute a package once it has shipped, and re-delivery of packages returned due to an incorrect address may incur an additional shipping charge.
